What this tool does
- Each page turns on its own: a single upside-down sheet does not force you to turn the whole document.
- The rotation is written into the file you get, not just shown on screen: it will follow the document to whoever receives it.
- Text stays text: the page is not turned into an image in order to rotate it.
What it does not do: Rotation happens in quarter turns, because that is what a PDF can express. Straightening a scan that leans by three degrees is another trade, and this tool does not do it.

- Merge PDFs : Several files, one document, in the order you decide.
- Organize pages : Reorder, rotate, delete, duplicate: the whole plan.
- Extract pages : Pick pages, take them out into a document of their own.
- Delete pages : Remove pages while looking at them, and they do not survive under the file you get.
