This site has no account, no cart and no database, so there is not a great deal to declare. What follows is the mandatory part, plus the one line that actually matters: none of your files ever reaches us. This page is a translation of the French legal notice, which remains the reference version.

What is sold, and on what terms
Using this site is free, with no account and nothing asked in return. One thing only is sold: the package to install on an internal network, delivered as an archive.

Ordering, delivery and duration
Prices are quoted excluding tax; French VAT at the applicable rate is added according to the buyer's situation. Orders are placed by email: we reply with a quotation, then an invoice payable by bank transfer. The accepted quotation and the invoice govern what is delivered, at what price and for how long.
Delivery is digital: an archive and its SHA-256 checksum, sent as a download link. The delivered package contains no licensing mechanism and makes no request of any kind; it works with no time limit. A subscription covers the versions published during its term: when it ends, the last version received remains yours and keeps working.
This offer is addressed to professionals and organisations. For a purchase by a consumer, write to us: the applicable terms — including the right of withdrawal and its waiver for digital content supplied immediately — are sent with the quotation.
Contact
There is no contact form on this site, and that is not an oversight: a form would send what you write to a server, which is precisely what this site refuses to do everywhere else.
Hosting
OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, ovhcloud.com. The site is served from a virtual private server located in France.
The host serves files: HTML, styles, JavaScript and the fonts used to render PDFs. It receives no document, since none is ever sent.
Personal data
No personal data is collected: no account, no cookie, no tracker, no analytics. Your documents are opened, transformed and saved by your browser, on your machine. They pass through no server, here or anywhere else. The only thing this site counts is a number of pages, with nothing that identifies you: that is explained below.
This is not a policy, it is an architecture, and it can be checked in thirty seconds: here is how. The line connect-src 'self' in the content security policy forbids the browser any outgoing connection; it is the browser that enforces it, not us.
There is therefore no recipient, no transfer outside the European Union, no retention period to negotiate and no right of access to exercise: nowhere does a copy of what you process exist. The ordinary technical traces of a web server (IP address, requested address, timestamp) are kept by the host for security and for the legal duration.
What we count
We record the number of operations carried out: one line per save, and the number of pages of each. Those are the two totals shown on the home page. After a save, your browser sends this domain a request containing that single number. The corresponding log writes only a date and that number: no IP address, no user agent, no referrer. It therefore allows neither identifying you nor linking two exports together, and does not constitute personal data. The details, with the exact format.
If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track), nothing is sent, and the tools work exactly the same.
Cookies
None. Not for analytics, not for sessions, not for preferences. That is why this site asks you nothing when it opens.
Intellectual property
The text and the design of this site are its property. The libraries used to read and write PDFs remain under their respective licences: pdf-lib and pdf.js (Mozilla).
Liability
The tools are provided as they are. Since the work happens on your machine, a produced document depends on your browser: always keep your original file until you have checked the result. Every tool page says what that tool does not do: a watermark is not protection, flattening is not redaction, and spotting active content warns without protecting.
