What this tool does
- You choose on the thumbnails, not by typing numbers from memory, which is where one in three mistakes happens.
- The file you get is rebuilt from the pages you kept: what you removed is not hidden underneath, it is gone.
- Your original file is untouched: what comes out is a new document, which you save yourself.
What it does not do: Removing a page does not erase what the other pages say about it: a cross-reference to “see page 7” stays written in the text, and a table of contents does not renumber itself.
Nothing is uploaded. Cut your network connection once this page has loaded: the tool keeps working. How to check it yourself.
The other tools
- Merge PDFs : Several files, one document, in the order you decide.
- Organize pages : Reorder, rotate, delete, duplicate: the whole plan.
- Extract pages : Pick pages, take them out into a document of their own.
- Rotate pages : An upside-down scan set straight: one page, or the whole document.
