Merge PDF files without uploading them

Drop your files in, put them in order, save. Your documents never leave this tab: there is no server to receive them.

What this tool does

PDFs, but also photos and scans: an image becomes a page like any other.
Every page is shown as a thumbnail: you see what you are assembling.
The file you get is rebuilt page by page: nothing of the old one survives underneath the new.

What it does not do: A password-protected PDF is refused rather than forced open: a tool that opens a protected document “anyway” teaches its users that protection means nothing.

Nothing is uploaded. Cut your network connection once this page has loaded: the tool keeps working. How to check it yourself.

The other tools

Organize pages : Reorder, rotate, delete, duplicate: the whole plan.
Extract pages : Pick pages, take them out into a document of their own.
Delete pages : Remove pages while looking at them, and they do not survive under the file you get.
Rotate pages : An upside-down scan set straight: one page, or the whole document.
