Why this code appears
The quantity of a line carries no unit of measure code (BT-130).
How to fix it
Add the unitCode attribute on BilledQuantity, with a UN/ECE Rec 20 code: C62 for "one/piece", HUR for an hour, DAY for a day, KGM for a kilogram.
